By accessing or using RoCrux (rocrux.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes.

All product descriptions, images, and prices on RoCrux are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct errors and update pricing at any time. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund.

We ship across India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, public holidays, remote locations). Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We accept return or replacement requests within 3 days of delivery, only for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent. A video clearly showing the issue is mandatory for every claim. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to share your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All content on RoCrux — including the logo, product images, blog articles, kit booklets, and website design — is owned by RoCrux and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written permission.

RoCrux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
